And ultimately if that uh if those clubs that's the only source of revenue because there's never a re a a reward for developing.
Then there's no alternative.
So either somebody starts it and pays for it 'cause they see their own alternative and one, you can do that in a pro because and again, I I I want to state again that there's a the incentive is is to is there's a economic incentive to sell players, but there's also an economic incentive that your own team gets better.
And the the biggest economic incentive is moving up levels.
Where the revenue is higher when we're talking about a pro uh pro organization.
So it it's more complicated e uh even than even than that.
But if uh if there was more incentive or reward for players that come, we'd have to figure out how do you you know, you'd have to do some
work to make sure that you're not rewarding the aggregator of talent.
Because that's what to your point, that's what happens in a lot of of of youth soccer is that the club that wins er first gets the next players who are uh successful and they wanna win.
And then you aggregate talent and
Aggregating talent.
You can you can do a really good job of teaching kids, by the way, and aggregate talent.
Um, that's generally what tends to happen in life.
But you can also not do a very good job.
But you can do a not a good job of teaching and still aggregate talent and be very successful.
And so whatever the incentives would be, we're gonna have to separate
the development and the aggregation of talent somehow.
And maybe maybe that is as simple as it's laid out in the solidarity is that there's a payment based on where the kid was every year.
To do that, you need a single source of truth.
