I think we over are we as a country over corrected.
And went to this and there was a discussion at one point of like m mandating that kids couldn't play more than a certain number of games at U ten, U eleven.
I sat in a room where that was actually talked about, which you know, the we went so far that.
But at the end of the day, we made this comment before, I think, is kids don't sign up to play soccer to practice.
They sign up to play games, number one.
So it's an incredibly um motivational thing.
It's the it's where the excitement is.
Um and two, you can't replicate what happens in a game.

All of coaching is about transferability.
How do you make sure that what you do in training transfers to the game as effectively as possible?
And really good coaches in session design and and the way they coach can make things transfer and make a lot of things transfer, but you cannot replicate.

So, you know, going and playing in the you know, the pickup leagues that exist around cities for kids.
