It's not the family of Isla Belle versus Marat Gagnev.
So they are acting for the state and it's supposed to be somewhat detached from the alleged victim's family.

The judge said that he's got to finish up his current trial and then he's got to head off on some vacation that he had booked.
So a nice winter break for the judge.
And then he will come back and make a ruling.
So I suppose somewhere two to six months, we'll find out what the future holds for this case.
And if he does decide to dismiss the stay application, the case continues.
