Who won't benefit from some sort of basic AI application.

And so we are giving out those tools to all our teams and encouraging to use.

So there's a sort of enterprise-wide enableness is the first thing.

The second thing is finding some pilots you can do as a sort of quick wins to prove the model, you know, persuade the doubters that, oh, by the way, AI is actually could be quite valuable to you.

And you've got some.

Things which you might get some results with two or three months.

And we've got some pilots right now where we're seeing a sort of 50, 60% increase in our quote rate just by using quote submission rate, just because we are able to get underwriters going through more submissions quicker.

I mean, that is a meaningful thing.

And by the way, we've got those outcomes in two months.

So if you find some pilots like that that kind of can very quickly prove the concept.

That's a very powerful thing.

The third area, which I think is is a much harder thing to agree on where we do it, is is the more transformational sort of bigger bets.

Because this isn't sort of cheap technology the whole time.

You're going to have to create spend some meaningful dollars and make sure you get some meaningful returns from it.

So that's where we're being much more thoughtful about where do we make more significant investments.

And really

that's where you in a sort of traditional business case way you may have proved the concept in a pilot or something.

And then you can say, well, look, actually if we invest more heavily here, the returns are quite meaningful.

Great thing is those first two things you do help you further identify those sort of more transformational, bigger bets.
