The satisfaction you can see is quite visceral.

Well, I always think it's important we remind ourselves that AI has not scored a hundred out of a hundred in its amplitude and its competence.

And so the human in the loop is for me still a critical thing.

And you're seeing lawsuits left, right, and center right now where documents submitted have been AI written and they've just been flawed in what they've been saying.

And so approach at Mark L is very much that the human remains in the loop.

It's just how can you automate

As much of the sort of repetitive processes to ensure that people are using their time efficiently.

So I do think what you get to is a specialty insurer that is it's probably leaner, it will have a better expense ratio, and frankly is giving better value for our customers, a faster service.

And I go back to this sort of capital to customer.

We're bringing capital closer to our customer.

We're doing it

rather more efficient way.

But I think you make a sort of interesting point around this sort of does an underwriter just become a quality controller?

If we do that, we lose the thinking to get people to that ability, to proofread, to quality control, to check, to sense check.

And so it's very important that our underwriters, they're developing these tools, they're training them and they're understanding how those, you know, that they're building almost those processes themselves.
