And I think, yeah, we add freebies.

We add like little things.

So I think the unpacking experience, because we are an online store, first and foremost,

has to be really, really nice.

And so that's something that we learned, just like customize it as much as you can without... Of course, you have to be effective about it, but we're not competing with Amazon, actually.

So that's very important to understand.

Amazon is a different business model.

I know that some stores think they have to compete with them, but you don't have to.

You have to compete with...

brick and mortar stores or you have to compete with other sellers on eBay and so on, which establish like a good connection, which creates, you know, a different kind of value.

And it's not just like the book is mint.

That's not it.

It's that someone really put some love into packaging and really took care of it and respects the product.

You know, it's not just like, yeah, whatever, take it.

I think that's something that not only we, but I think most new stores that are popping up that are now online stores,

had to learn this lesson.
