I tried to build companies like a little production company here, a blog, blah, blah, blah.

So I always was interested in probably you could call it marketing, but I never called it that.

I was like it was communication and trying to interact with others.

So that was always part of my, let's say, DNA.

But I think what I really had to learn with comics now and also with the size that we're at right now with the company, I mean, hiring people, managing people.

Yeah.

accounting, all the fun stuff.

That's really something that I didn't think of.

When you're thinking about selling some comics online, you're not thinking about this stuff.

So that was something that preoccupied me most in the past few years.

But I mean, it's also getting out of focus now because I can focus more now on the big picture stuff because I have a really great team that's doing a lot of heavy lifting for me.

But, yeah.

Yeah, so employee-wise, we are... Right now, we are hiring around, like, two employees each month.

And we're around 25 people...

we'll be definitely over 30 by year's end.

We've increased in size, just like space-wise.

You're mentioning the 1,000 square meters, but it's already over 1,000.

And I've just had a talk today.

We're renting more.

So we will probably increase 50% until like 1,500 beginning of next year.
