The problem with these guys not going too deep into games is that you are going to tax this bullpen.

And Fernando Cruz, I always forget about Fernando Cruz because in my mind his name is really Scott Proctor because he gets proctored.

And Boone's going to proctor the shit out of him this year.

So you need help in the bullpen.

That's probably my number one thing right now is help in the bullpen.

I would like a reliable right-handed bat to come in there.

I like Ahmed Rosario, but I need a better right-handed bat.

I would like somebody...

a right-hander to come in there and platoon with some of these lefties in addition to Rosario.

That's probably number two for me right now.

And adding a starting pitcher is on the list, but it's like number three.

And it's not really like a close number three for me.

It's number three.

So we heard a little bit from John Heyman here where

that the Yankees were calling about Tarek Skubal.

And reportedly the asking price was Cam Schlittler, Ben Rice, and George Lombard, which, man, it would be sick to have Tarek Skubal on this team going into 2026.

And again, this is coming from somebody that says you've got to sell out to win in 2026 with Aaron Judge entering his age 34 season.

But I don't know if that proposed trade makes a lot of sense for the Yankees, because I'll tell you why here.

For one year at TARC School Bowl, I'll give up anybody and everybody in the farm system.

Like George Lombard being part of the proposed package, it's not an issue for me.
