We listened to the podcast a lot.

So this was a big process for y'all.
That's a lot of debt, lots of work.
Who are your biggest cheerleaders during all this?
Yep, no spend January.
So we did no spend January, we did frugal February.
So we've had Instagram community trying from here doing it with us.
And it's been really cool seeing people learn to spend less.
But one of the things that people's been been struggling with is telling themselves no.
And that was kind of the purpose of doing this, right?
So that we would all get in the habit of telling ourselves no, but
It's been pretty cool on Instagram having some pretty deep DMs with people where they're like, man, I fell into temptation again.
I just didn't tell myself no.
How do I get to where I tell myself no?
