Got connected to my heart, if that makes sense.
They literally, or whatever this, what I do know when I meditate to get in connection with my soul, with my feelings, I would start by putting my hand on my heart just to feel something.
I wasn't feeling anything.

And so the more connected I become to myself, the more connected I've been to my past, my healing process, the more orbs I can see.
