But then very quickly during some negotiations with some of my more, we'll call them difficult carriers,
I started getting quite agitated because I knew I was tracking this number.
And then I realized all of a sudden they have no idea I'm doing this.
So then I started to the table.
These do not file numbers kind of showing them, Hey, here's times that my people wanted to file against you.
And I figured out either you're not responsible or there's not enough here to substantiate this.
And the moment we started having those conversations, every other claims conversation pivoted.
We started seeing less rejections.
We started seeing faster check reimbursements for claims.
And overall, a lot of our negotiations got a lot simpler because we took that time to kind of establish trust.
And that's kind of what I unintentionally created was a ledger of trust.

So that's a lot of what we're going to look at in October is why did that actually work?
What's psychological?
So we'll definitely talk more in October about the psychological effect, but the high level is as humans, we tend to remember negative experiences more than we do positive.
And so with our suppliers, they have really long memories.
They remember that one time that they lost out on this huge deal and they hold it against you, whether they will verbally admit that or not.
