It's quite something to write a memoir.
Uh but I thought it was time.
And uh I'm very relieved and delighted that it's now out.
And and actually people are enjoying it very much, which is uh very gratifying.
It it it it it did.
Um I always felt I always felt uh over the years that it was something that I should do.
Uh because
Uh being the founder of the company, the if you like, the the the idea of the whole thing and then leading it through all these
Decades.
Um
that w one day when I'm not here uh
I i if people uh in Bard is still going and growing and thriving, hopefully.
Uh people may ask, Well, how did all this begin?
And they can say, Well
The founder's book is right there if you care to read it.
And and so that's why I wrote it, because otherwise uh it would be left up to someone else and they wouldn't really know what the how what
