So I have been waking up.

Yesterday I woke up with an alarm, alarm-assisted, and Phenergan, which is a kind of antihistamine that leaves you groggy.

I take that before I go to sleep, and then I use an alarm to wake up at 11 because I had an appointment at 1.

that tiger is psycho sylvan george best right now man so i've been taking that and then i wake up and i yeah i'm pretty groggy pretty out of it i need to get rid of this i sleep with my phone right next to my head and then first thing i wake up i'm on the phone
