It was a judge made out of Fort Worth because the judge in Lubbock recused himself from the case because he did have ties to Tech.
Two, Cincinnati and Indiana both knew about this.
And Tech isn't the one that went after the injunction in the first place.
That was Swartzby himself.
I just think that Tech doing what any other university would do is still getting painted in a bad light.
