Because now you've got schools around the country saying they will not schedule a game with Texas Tech in any sport.

When is the first hearing date for this appeal?

February of 2027.

The appeals court is occupied by four judges who went to Texas Tech.

The Big 12 is going to have to, and the Big 12 has leverage, but the Big 12 has to decide.

Are you going to allow this?

Imagine this, okay.

Let's say Arch Manning was guilty of gambling.

Let's say he bet $90,000.

And he bet, you know, 20 times on Texas football.

And if you're a Texas Tech, you'd be okay with that, that Arch is allowed to come back.

He just has to sit out two games, right?

You're being hypocritical.
