So I I think that's that n that may be a factor.
And and I would imagine some of it involves just
to the extent possible, quieting the the chatter in the mind and the the narrative.
Not that you can ever really get rid of that of course, but
Maybe let it go slip into the background a little bit so that you can actually hear, so to speak, what the body is trying to tell against and that may come up as an image or
Something that sparks a a an aha moment.
Well we're always trying to get to the solution to the problem.

We do that intellectually.
We do that like it's solving problem, thinking it through, all those sorts of things.
We never like just sip with it for a minute.
I I'm I d I'm wondering and I do want to get back to some things that our listeners can do to reconnect to their bodies in in important ways.
But I'm j I'm just curious about how since the pandemic doing therapy over Zoom or other methods, how that's impacted
the therapists being able to tune in to some of these things or the or just the relationship between therapists and clients over the internet as opposed to being in the room together where you have so many more
