Because some other forms of execution you need permission if it's more than six years.
That's not the case in respect of charging orders, and the Court of Appeal confirmed they were certainly not going to impute such a restriction which doesn't exist under the Charging Orders Act.

It's now property and business work, but essentially telata, contested estates, charging orders, all those sorts of things.
So this enforcement is very much of my area as it it sits across.

The the first step to enforcement should not be after it's all gone wrong, as it were, and the and the judgment hasn't been paid.
It should be something that's been thought about as you go along.
And there's various as we go through the various orders.
One of the things that's important to note is that you can actually get enforcement with the final order.
If you've got the sort of case with the sort of person who and often they're not
Terribly subtle about this.
There's been a pretty big hint that they're not going to comply or there's going to be difficulties.
You should think about it in the order as you go through and think about what goes in the order and try and, if it's a contested case, steer the judge into making various provisions within the order that will aid its enforcement.
And we'll we'll talk about specifics as as we go through.
