I built this from the ground up.

Bootstrap, no investors, no nothing.

So I was a person that had to control inventory planning from when we were ordering 30 pieces to when we ordered 300,000 pieces.

So there's no part of the company that I'm unfamiliar with.

So because of that,

I am going to be in the meetings 6 o'clock in the morning, 10 o'clock at night.

I am going to stay up at night doing a Google sheet trying to correct somebody's inventory or the forecast.

I am going to be doing the budgets for administration.

So she's witnessed me having to do that.

Because the people that mess up, they have no repercussions.

They might get fired, but they don't have to...

compensate for the millions that got lost and misplaced or whatever and i can't go up because i got true and i got a family and i got my chicago but what i can't no matter what i explain to her maybe you can help me on this okay if i've empowered somebody in a seat to be able to make a decision that could cost me millions of dollars that was my risk
