He was so good at it, and it's hard to do.
And then with PGA 2020 in August in Harding Park in San Francisco, PGA at Kiowa 2021 that Phil Mickelson won, a little bit Torrey Pines US Open 2021, and the 23 Masters.
He sort of couldn't do that anymore.
There were injuries involved, knee injury involved, and recovery from knee surgery involved, and all of it.
You don't know how much that played in, but
It was baffling.
And the one who won yesterday just never even looked anywhere close to ruffled.
Just as close as it got, and he's carrying along that one-shot lead for long periods, just never even looked like it.
And that, to me, is very, very compelling.
When somebody is like that, I think it's rare.
