So I just see this team kind of blossoming here.

And I talked to Austin Hayes in spring training.

Austin Hayes was with the Orioles when the Orioles went from 110 losses to 83 wins in one year.

And then they went to 101 or 100 wins the next year.

I'm not saying the White Sox are going to do that.

But he knows.

And I remember he said this to me.

He goes, it can change really fast.

It can change really fast.

You can go from a losing team, but once a team has the ability to win games, they know how to win games, and they develop the confidence and the belief and the expectation that they're going to go into a series and win that series, that's when things change really fast.

And last year, he was with the Reds.

And the Reds were making that switch last year, and now you see where they are.

They're in first place.

So there's just a lot of things to like with where the White Sox are right now.

It is, of course, early, but this is the start that I was hoping for, and we'll see what happens from here.
