Yeah, um

Yeah, it it's uh it's it's a it's a tough one to

It it used to be a tough one to talk about, but it's not as tough now because I know that by talking about it, you know, I maybe I can reach someone else that maybe is feeling the same way.

Because what happened with me was um, you know, after all this happened and I moved out and I'm like, okay, well, you know, I'm in my late fifties.

Pretty much everything I have is now

Here or there, you know what I mean?

I don't really have anything now.

You know, I'm gonna be leaving my home that I've had for a long time.

Uh, was married for 28 years.

I had a family, you know, there were there were certain, you know, retirement, all this different stuff.

And all of a sudden it's just like poof, okay, you're gonna start from scratch, you know what I mean?

And

it w it really it really scared me, it really freaked me out because you know, I'm just thinking, where am I gonna go?

What am I gonna do?

I mean, I know I have older children and, you know, maybe they'll come and you know help me out or I can go to them and they can help me out.

But I'm not one, you know, normally for asking for help either.

So this was a hard, hard thing for me to do to begin with.

And I was really depressed.
