Finally, finally heard, I finally heard me.

And then that's what really caught my attention because it's me.

It's me yelling at me, which is really weird, you know what I mean?

But it's like

my God.

So I'm like, okay.

You know, I need to snap out of this.

I need to, you know, okay, wait, stop.

Like someone pulled the fire alarm.

So I think that's the best way to explain it.

And then then as I'm coming out of this haze and this darkness, then when I start seeing the people like you and my family, they start reaching out.

I know now in my mind, I know in my heart, I have to allow people to help me.

know because certain people like myself like I said earlier I'm not one for asking for help so you know if you're that kind of person it makes it even tougher because you're you're like if I can't do this and who the house who else is gonna help me?

I mean how are they gonna help me if I can't help myself?

So when my voice started screaming at me it was me helping myself.

Then I realized you know what you need to let other people help too.

You know, there are other people out there that can help you.
