And they talk to me.
Sometimes they, you know, they go on and do their thing and sometimes they stick with me, you know.
A lot of times more often they stick than they leave.
But then I can sort of just kind of
Just just let them talk and let them tell me what's going on first before you try to, you know, fixing things, you know.
You just want to listen.
You just want to be there for that person.
And I I think most people that's what they want.
They just want someone that could be there.
And sometimes it's hard when it's your family or someone that's really close.
Sometimes these are things you don't want to them to know, you know, per se.
So you want to reach out to someone else.
that's a an outside perspective that doesn't really know you, that you can just bear everything.
I think they could have, you know, I think that if someone were to have seen me like that and walked and say, hey, you okay?
And I realize that's that it's permeating out of my my own self, you know, like if somebody that doesn't even know me can feel my energy or sense that something's up.
then yeah I would probably be like, Well, yeah, I'm just really down, blah blah blah.
And if they took it further and said, Well, do you need someone to talk to or something?
I might probably just do that at that point.
Cause at this point you're just like, I don't know what else to go anyways.
I I'm just kind of like stuck in this rut, you know.
