And and would you say also like well, this is I I guess the way I look at things, um, it's it's really easy when you have your your your cl close friends or family and something's bad has happened, you know, um, to be able to forgive them and accept what they've done because, you know, you love them and
This is uh, you know, they're close to you, but yet we find ourselves as our own in our own story and doing our own living our own lives.
It's so much harder to to forgive ourselves for certain things and to let go of that.
And if we could could learn to do exactly what we do for everyone else for ourselves, it would make it so
I I I like to ask this question because I get this question a lot.
Um, we've talked all the way down to um going through suffering and uh finding abundance and uh being happy with uh our state of being, however it has to be.

Why are we here?
Like what is the purpose of us being in the physical self on this planet at this point?
