At a news conference held by Wisconsin Democratic Senator Tammy Baldwin, Care Act enrollee and freelance author Nancy Pesky said she needs the credits because her health insurance costs may triple next year.

Wisconsin officials say 275,000 state residents benefit from the enhanced premium tax credits.
