You want to be in a position where you make the coach have to make decisions to play you because how well you're playing.
If you want minutes, the best way of getting minutes as an NBA player or in any sport for that matter as far as just activity is
You know, make the head coach and the front office say, wow, you know what, we need to find a spot.
In baseball, if a guy can hit, we need to find a place in the lineup for him.
And the same thing happens in basketball.
If he starts developing the way they hope, because he does have skill and he does have length, and if he gets to the point where you have to say, listen, he's played himself into the rotation.
And so because of that, then he is earning minutes.
And right now he's probably not there yet as far as the rotation when they go to camp.
But this is why you have summer league.
And again, this is, as you mentioned, Marshall, this really is his rookie year.
Last year was just a handful of games in the G League, two games, and then he had surgery and that was it.
