I don't watch the news at all.

I don't th they call it programming for a reason.

Yeah, I don't uh I don't I don't see

Yeah, I mean I catch it I catch it here and there so I at least know what's happening on my planet, but I choose right not to engage in that because I it's not healthy.

And a lot of the stuff you got is sensationalized and or, you know, blown out of proportion anyways, and you're not really getting all the facts or the true story half the time, which makes it even worse.

You know what I mean?

And then of course you put your mind into it and your mind just starts adding facts and and thoughts and stuff that are

uh also on top of the stuff that's a bunch of BS to begin with anyway.

Um I think that

sitting with your f your feelings, no matter what they are, um, instead of taking them and putting them to the side, uh, because that's not healthy, you need to move through what you're dealing with, you know what I mean?

You have to honor it, feel it, move through it, and then and then uh adapt it s to a a place of of love and light and, you know, a way that you can feel good about it.

You know what I mean?

Because these things are gonna happen all the time.

We're humans.

We have all sorts of different feelings, you know.

We try not to be envious, we try not to be jealous, we try not to be this and that.
