And so, yeah, just sorry to break it to people.
I probably won't be toeing the line in the 800 at Nationals.
I'm barely, I'm getting to jog around four or five miles with my friends who are using up Belfast and that's taken its toll on me.
But yeah, it is funny.
Like anybody else is like, are you, are you wise?
You're a mad woman.
And Tommy's like, and do you know what?
There's probably a little thing in that, that even if it wasn't possible, Tommy recognised in me that I needed something.
that I needed like a little like goal or glimmer and still still to this day I finished 18 rounds of chemo and it was really hard I wasn't really exercising much come the end of it because I was just feeling so sick um and now Tommy's like right he's really people don't ever because obviously like I don't think people will think Tommy's mean he's like right
You finish your chemo, you're going to start exercising again.
And he knows me.
He knows that I need a little kick up the butt.
And it's not typically that, but he knows that I'm so much happier whenever I'm exercising and doing stuff.
So I bought a little cheap bike on Facebook Marketplace.
The brakes didn't work.
Had to bring it to Sloan Cycles up in Belfast and they very kindly fixed me with some new brakes.
Me and Tommy are going out for cycles on a Sunday.
That's going to be our new Sunday long run.
I'm like, could I run a half marathon or a marathon?
Not to race it, but to complete it.
