So I don't know if it's an all year round type of thing or it's just in winter when people feel the sort of desire to put some skates on and go out and do a bit of leisure.
But I just wonder, is there enough business there for even one ice rink to be sustainable all year round?
So, Delirium is the planning authority, right?

So, if they're supporting it, you have to imagine it'll get through.
But there could be objections, yeah, of course.
This was land that was owned by Heinz, which is developing apartments, etc.,
at that Cherrywood site.
Would there be any housing as part of this scheme or any commercial, you know, offices or anything, retail or anything like that?
Yeah, I haven't been to the sports stadium, but by all accounts, it's the best stadium now in Britain.
Just to close it off, Owen, any sense of government support for this project or whether government support, financial support will be sought for?
Well, presumably, to Olympic-sized ice rinks, presumably they'll, you know, they'll look to get some government support and some financial backing for the project.
Yeah.
