Peter Chaffier, the Fianna Fáil TD, who was talking about this earlier this morning, also from South Kilkenny,

He used a phrase, he describes people like yourself, people are from an area and have land in the area and want to build a house in the area, that the planning system should be helping them as opposed to hindering them.

Did you, how did you feel?

And I'm not talking about the attitudes of any particular people, but just, you know, the system itself.

Was it facilitating you building or was it trying to find reasons for you not to build?

I know you're not living here anymore, but, you know, Teresa, who kicked things off at 1.45, said she doesn't feel that... Yeah, she was great.

That life experience, that kind of experience of living in rural Ireland, that it's, you know, it's held almost in contempt, you know, as opposed to be celebrated.

Would you agree with that?

Made the point, you know, let everyone follow their own dreams.

And if there's proliferation of one-off houses, it's much more expensive then.

You know, public services are more expensive.

Putting on school bus transport is more expensive.

Public transport, rolling out broadband is more expensive.

Infrastructure is more expensive.

And you don't all have to be herded into a city.

But, you know, again, I don't know for what part of South Kilkenny, but, you know, you herd everyone into...
