It moved on now from a direct subsidy into trying to build drop costs.
So I imagine Cricon is the sort of thing that will be now sort of slowly wound down.

They will find more projects to fund because they're getting lots of applications to build.
I think last year they got applications to build 6,000 apartments through Creeca.
They obviously don't have the funds to fund those because that would blow their budget out of the water.
So they're getting enough people looking for the money
But what the state is kind of moving on to and what the sector is moving on to is trying to find measures that will cut the cost of building as opposed to get the state intervening with direct subsidies.
So that's where we're seeing last year the heavy push on getting a VAT cut to the cost of building new apartments.
And there's a bunch of research being done at the moment by the department with their due to release later this year.

I mean, I'm not necessarily confident that the builders feel that all their costs are kind of locked in and that it's taxes are really what they feel the government can make some headway on if they were to cut cost of building or delivering homes.
And the cost of building is just stuck where it is.
So we've likely to expect to see the quick kind of wound down once it's spent or once it's tipped toward this 450 million budget, but falling way short of 5,000 units.
The math off the top of my head is not very good.
