What are some of the things that I'm already hearing from my director of coaching?

The terminology, the language that's being used.

It's like, and also without trying to change too much, is this still a fun environment?

Because I think that's where it's like the challenge may come where it's like, oh, I'm just going to go get mine because like, well, this game doesn't matter.

So it's like, how can you still coach the standard or like what your club does as well?

In a way, that's still like, I mean, like, can you spread the minutes?

You know, can you spread them a bit better?

Maybe if you weren't so, like, in doing so prior, so then you can get that experiment.

And maybe you found some, like, good little wins, but how are you defining success I think is important in this last period.

And it's not like a win-loss, but it's like, well, what does that look like?

And some of those were examples of, like.

preparing them for um tryouts or maybe some out of position like now you maybe get to bring your wing can bring the ball up or your five man because it's under 14s and they they got to be able to do it all so it's like maybe we're experimenting phase right now yeah for sure

in that sort of space as well so it is it is interesting like is it too late to like reset your team culture do you think like is that ship sailed that's it i don't know we're allowed to use the c word around here that's a culture yeah yeah i just yeah again i'm a strong believer in like what you've been preaching for a year like that time and um standard i guess we use other words for it as well i'm like i just think you can't change that

In an imminent time, like a short time.

I think there's things you can maybe get some momentum in, maybe build up some characters, taking them into a tryout process.

Or maybe they're going to go try it for the senior team.

Maybe they've aged out of youth.

So I still think there's aspects of it you can build up and improve.

But overall as a team, I'm like, oh, that's going to be crazy.

For junior space, the only time I didn't do one was a pretty crazy ending to a game where we had some out of character behavior.
