We're in a phase where basically the AI models learn from watching really smart people do things.
In general, the average intelligence of the people who are at this company is significantly higher than the average set of people that you can get to do tasks.
So if we're trying to teach the models coding, for example, then having people internally build tools or solve tasks that
that help teach the model how to code, we think is going to dramatically increase our model's coding ability faster than what others in the industry have the capability to do who don't have thousands and thousands of extremely strong engineers at their company.
To our players, this decision was made with you in mind.
We didn't hire to satisfy a narrative or check a box.
We hired based on what we believed would be best to support your growth, both individually and collectively.
We hired someone who can create an environment where people are challenged, where accountability and trust can coexist, and where players have the opportunity to maximize their abilities.
That's the politics thing.
And certainly...
This is a move that we feel is a part of that, but there's lots of work to be done on the roster.
What we like about this opportunity was it allowed us to create some flexibility.
We think flexibility and optionality are assets to any great organization.
And certainly this allows us to be in a better spot as we think about the entire offseason plan.
Yeah, certainly, you know, cap space is a real asset.
And yeah,
So I just think good organizations are always keeping an eye on that, getting draft capital that can either be used in terms of selection, and then that's an asset prospect base starts to get built up or use the pick to acquire other players.
You know, those are the only options.
And, you know, again, I think as a fan, they're not as tangible.
But for my chair, you know, having options and having flexibility, I think is undervalued, candidly.
