And as much as you might have your own process about it, that's okay.
It's really important not to push further and accidentally push or coerce someone into doing something that they're not ready for.
If they're not connected to their pleasure and they're not feeling intimacy, it's really important that you listen to that.
And be open, be open to hearing what their needs are and what they are open to and expressing yours as well.
And it's about, yeah, really trying to find like the middle ground where you can meet.
Yeah it's such an individual journey it's hard to kind of put everyone into one statement but I will say that it is a process for everybody and it also depends on your level of motivation in this as well.
Some people who have more motivation might be more inclined to move a bit faster on that journey of you know maybe it's the walk first and then it's some self-touch and then you're
experiencing toys or intimacy like you could move quite quickly up that ladder but it completely depends on the person how safe they feel and how open they are to trying new things and when do you think someone should consider seeing a professional like when does it get to a point where you're like
Yeah, exactly.
I mean, I think I'm going to be biased in this answer and say everyone should see a sex therapist or a sexologist at some point in life, because whether it's, you know, feeling like a detrimental difficulty or concern, or it's just a slight curiosity in an area.
Seeing someone that is a professional in this area and having someone on your team is going to support you tenfold of trying to do it on your own.
And especially if things are coming up between, you know, you and your partner and communication difficulties or you're just not sure what that middle ground looks like.
Or, yeah, if you're really feeling like you're disconnected from your pleasure, but you're really wanting it.
go and see a sex therapist because they literally, that's what they do.
They're there to help you and design your path in how you personally find your pleasure again.
You absolutely nailed it.
You should be really proud.
I loved it.
Thank you.
