But she was like show running.
Damn.
You know, she was responsible.
I think she had to say yes to all of the scripts.
Oof.
You know, it's just, it's crazy.
Yeah.
And because she owns a network television night, she is a major leader.
She has so many good thoughts about being a leader and about women being leaders.

Just ask the question, honey.
There is a difference between being ditzy and being dumb.
And what is that difference, Tess?
uh ditzy is a dumb is not knowing the answer just it's like ditzy is not being afraid to ask yes it's basically yeah you guys know what we're talking about listen to the episode um completely yeah which is that
but she was saying that like say what you don't know how to do and then learn as much as you can and surround yourself with people who know what they're doing because people will respect you when you can recognize your strengths and weakness there's nothing hotter than being like i've never heard that can you tell me or like i don't i've never been taught how to do that can you show me it makes someone literally be like you have the razz and the confidence
Yes, because it's like, I know I'm not dumb, but if no one's ever told me, how would I know that?
