And I'm not you.
You correct me on this.
Could this potentially like dehydrate you more or be worse for you, in fact?
And tea and coffee, does it make any difference?
Yeah.
I mean, it's something really to be aware of.
Do you know what's made me more aware of it?
Like just in in recent times and not so recent times, but the big beakers, the big water beakers they have and they're all marked out with not enough nearly there.
Like, you know, it's lunchtime.
Have you have you had your liter by now?
Like these are these are a good thing.
Are they like using these little tools and accessories to ensure that you're always sipping water?
kind of pint of water first thing in the morning actually can be really helpful brilliant and how important is it to space out hydration so if you and this can sometimes happen think in the evening god i actually haven't really had suddenly you're very thirsty extremely thirsty and panicking because you thought i haven't really been drinking any water all day and then you lash a liter and a half into you i mean is there is there any good to that
And that's a very, you know, honest review of the hydration breaks, although the cynics would say, should they be brought in for the World Cup for all sorts of other reasons, including ad revenue.
But going back to what you should be drinking, all liquids are clearly not the same, are they?
I mean, say even when it comes to water, is the sparkling water, which does have sodium in it, doesn't it?
Does that provide the same hydration?
Yeah, like some hydration advice in particular for children.
I mean, can you look towards ice pops, water rich foods, you know, bringing out the watermelon and all that sort of thing.
Does that all make a difference in keeping our hydration levels up, especially among young children who are just on the go running around all the time?
