five minutes a day at the end of each day, make a note of what gave you energy and what took it away.

And just do that for seven days and you'll get rich insight.

And one of the insights that I got was that I love having big philosophical conversations about ideas and about where the world is going and how to show up in it.

And I remember having this as an insight that popped out of that exercise and going,

Great, that's nice, but like that's, yeah, that's, yeah, exactly.

I mean, it was actually, my reaction was that's not a job.

And so, you know, at the time I just thought useful, but no, interesting, but not useful.

But when I finally came across coaching as a job, it was just like getting hit in the face with a brick.

I can't think of a better analogy.

And it was just so obvious to me that doing that work would be energising.

And, you know, there are many days where it's difficult, where we're talking about some of the harder things in sustainability, some of the fears that I share too.

And so like any job, it's not sunshine and roses all the time, but I feel very grateful that I get to see and feel the impact that I'm making.

I'm connected to those people in the same way that you are with the trainers.

And actually, I think this is why that kind of social part is really important because we get a lot from it, but we also give a lot to it.

And when you're frustrated and tired,

Well, you know, they're really often asking this question of, okay, well, I know something needs to change.

I don't want to leave sustainability as a purpose, but I have really no idea what it could be if it wasn't a job with sustainability in the title.

Or I have so many ideas, it's just impossible to pick between them.

And I always have this image when I'm talking to people when I first meet them who are coming with this problem, this tangled ball of wool.

And so it's really all about untangling it, seeing which threads to pull on,
