I just cannot imagine being Kate and being like, hey, do you want to come see my family?

Like, you know, we're in love.

And all he does for that 17-hour flight is complain about how it's ageing him.

And you'd be like, shut up.

Like, I don't care.

I loved that so many of the comments under this, his study about how much it aged him, because he had so many metrics about his glucose levels and obviously grip strength, like so many things.

And there was a pilot being like, ah, yes, this is why I am 600 years old.

Like it's just, it's so bizarre.

But it raises this question that I feel like has been coming up in the culture a little bit, which is,

So longevity, yes, but at what cost?

And as somebody who currently, this is, I've been telling everybody in my life this, I'll just give some free info to the out louders to make them feel better about their life choices.

Because, so currently, because of my gestational diabetes and pregnancy and all of that, I've not had a drink for nine months.
