A month later, I get an offer from them for triple the amount. What? And I'm like, triple? This is not how I thought negotiations were supposed to go. Turns out they had emailed me twice and had gone to my spam folder, and they thought that my silence was a negotiation tactic, which guess what? It is. Wow.

How do you kind of caveat that or soften it? positive body language, you're excited, you smile. I hate to tell women to smile, but it matters. So you can say that strong number.

But in this system that is set up, I mean, I'm sure you talk about how money it's real, but it's fake. It's a made up system that we've all bought into literally.
