But I must say the meditation helps.

A regular meditation practice is the one thing that's helped me go to bed.

And when I want to sleep, sleep.

I used to be awake, ruminating and worrying a lot at night.

And suddenly I heard this, I had this like awareness of this other voice come in.

And it said, leave her alone.

Leave her alone.

She's on the right track.

And immediately, it's like a weight was lifted off me.

I felt like that's my soul saying she is trying to pursue her passion.
