And I think that that's important that you brought up some good points in terms of Eastern and Western thinking.
about how we try to force issues or how we think that medicine alone is going to be able to solve all of our problems and things of that nature.
And that there are some internal factors that we were, I believe that we were created with that we don't utilize.
You know, we don't think about, you know, I mean, because we're so conditioned to, you know, to do it all by ourselves or to look for them, you know what I mean?
But there are just some things within ourselves that we could help us to be more effective and more connected.
You know, of course, that's one of the things that we talk about a lot.
I just want you to know I did.
I enjoyed the conversation.
I enjoyed what you were saying.
I know that I will utilize it, you know, in terms of my own personal self.
And, yeah, so it was, you know, it was a beginning conversation for me.

I thought like, okay, managing my health usually was not on my mind.
I used to watch older people.
