This home video shows Fred and Connie together at a Wilkerson family gathering.
Tim and Tracy blamed Connie for their parents' divorce.
They never did like her.
He brought her to several Christmas gatherings and family reunions, and if we were gonna see him, we had to tolerate her, so... Connie Quedens was divorcing her husband when she and Fred bought this property together in 1987.
Clay Bryant says Fred built the house himself.

As a matter of fact, he deeded the property over to her for love and affection.

But Clay says that shortly after they moved in together, Connie wanted out of the relationship and she wanted Fred out of the house.
By now, Fred was broke and he wanted his half of the property back.
On November 25th, 1987, Fred sued Connie Quedens.
Two days later, she had him over here to the house to talk about it.
And that's the last time anybody ever saw Fred Wilkerson.
