Everyone will tell you this guy has a scouting eye.

They need more talent, and I think he's the right guy in this situation to, at minimum, give them more talent with now the fourth and the 15th pick and a second-round pick.

And I'm excited to see where that leads.

But really the question is, and you're kind of describing the things you don't know, is the question I want answered is, okay, what direction are you going with as far as a head coach?
