And CBS decided they would not air the interview because they were worried about conflicting with the equal time doctrine.
And the equal time doctrine, basically, as interpreted by our friend Brendan Carr, the FCC chairman who was on recently, he has said what I think is 100% true, which is if you're going to have these late night talk shows,
You can't fit into the exemption of news programming if you're only having one side on all the time.
