Let's look at some of these states that have, I mean, there's a lot of dicta in here about the history of why Congress set an election day in the first place was because states were holding elections
on different days and then the results could be known before election day.
So they made one election day.
I mean, it's a really goofy opinion, but there's enough in here that I think we should be starting.
I'm actually going to convene a group and see if we can get some lawyers and some organizations to file some lawsuits starting immediately.

I think the Supreme Court
I think this is a pretty narrow decision, first of all, because they make it clear that there was not a challenge to early voting.
There was not a challenge to the post office delivery system.
And what they basically did was they took the very poorly written UOCAVA, Uniformed Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act, which is a federal statute and which is something that Democrats put together under the guise of helping military voters vote.
when really what they wanted to do was to legalize fraud among civilian overseas voters.
And so I think that the model election laws that we put together for the election integrity network are handbook calls for changes in UOCAVA and in the way states define things.
Because you want to talk about a mess of a statute, UOCAVA, and that's what the Supreme Court relied on.
