We have to have the lawyers on our side and all the legal groups need to get together and we need to pick through this and start fighting.

Because I don't think it opens wide the door for early voting.

I think early voting is suspect under this decision.

And I think we need to take some of those 45-day early voting states and take those straight to the Supreme Court.

Say, okay, you said that the act of voting is what happens on Election Day.

So what about this?

45 days, that's not on Election Day.

Well, it's absolutely true.

Congress has to do its job.

Congress has to overturn the bad things that states and courts are doing.

But we're down to four senators.

Four senators.

And all the Democrats, by the way, all the Democrats are a problem here.

Let's not forget that.

The reason we're in this mess is because there's not a single Democrat, not John Fetterman, nobody, not a single Democratic senator will vote to allow this bill to be voted on.

Not one.

And they won't vote for it.

100% Democrat opposition.
