Because number one, it is a crime for a non-citizen, whether they're here in the country legally or illegally, illegally
It is a crime for them to uh receive a ballot, to vote, to register to vote, or to vote.
And so DHS has assigned its uh Homeland Security Investigations Department.
They have an entire investigations department, HSI.
And they have their training agents to go to the state uh data and to uh one by one investigate each of these non citizens that are have been identified.
Yeah.
nonsense and then to make sure that those people do not vote.
And if the state officials, state or local officials,
facilitate, ignore the the the notices, ignore the information, and facilitate allowing these non-citizens to vote, they will be prosecuted.
And that's what DHS training materials uh
Well that's what the New York Times is actually having a meltdown over because they saw the training materials.
And what I think is hilarious, Steve, this is the best part.
There is a paragraph in this story in which it says why this is so terrible is that ha assigning uh HSI investigators to actually go in and investigate illegal voting.
That takes away agents from other responsibilities such as immigration enforcement.
These are the same people that don't want the immigration laws enforced.
And now they're saying, Oh my goodness, you're gonna go over here and investigate that non-citizen voting.
I just thought that was pretty hilarious.
Well, I think if it let's go back to one thing that you said.
Here's what's been happening in the last uh decade.
And this has been happening in places like Georgia with the horrible Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger count the days until he's out of office.
