And then they have, you know, underlying deficit.
And the underlying deficit is when you subtract the part of the corporate tax take, which is seen as... Windfall.
Windfall is the word, being due to tax planning rather than activity undertaken here.
And you kind of say, well, okay, you know, some of that is vulnerable for sure, but it's not going to disappear overnight.
And, you know, maybe we should...
Well, it's very hard to balance that.
But on the other side of the equation, you know, what IFAC say is, well, you know, that may be the case.
But look, you're spending the vast bulk of this five euro in every six of the windfall anyway.
They are, yeah.
I mean, if you were to kind of- Are they going to see a return on it?
If you're trying to construct a scary movie, it would be that this hits profitability in some of these big companies over the next few years.
And because their profitability falls, they pay significantly less tax in Ireland.
I don't know how realistic that is, but the amount of investment that is going into AI, into data centres and the kind of financial engineering which is going in behind it.
Financial Times had some very interesting stuff on that.
This week, you know, the amount of financial engineering is extraordinary.
Private investment being drawn in in various ways.
You know, this isn't all relying on shareholder funds anymore.
It's relying on borrowing, which, you know, makes it
makes it a bit more fragile, I suppose, makes the whole construct a bit more fragile.
So there are certainly risks there, which people like the Fiscal Council, et cetera, have been looking at.
