If you walk down the street and you kick a dog every day, eventually that dog is going to expect you to kick it.
So if a little white kid is beat on and picked on every day because he walks through his black neighborhood to get to school, he's going to hate black people.
If a person's every time their interaction is with a different culture, it's bad.
They're automatically going to assume that every time I see that person, it's going to be bad.
And that's how her fathers took that situation.
As they met me and how happy I made her their daughter and how she was doing in life, they understood the person and me being up in the prison.

They're in their 70s, so they were doing it when there weren't no cameras and you were getting poked and stuck.
It's a bad way back then.
