So maybe what I'll do is I'll trivialize death.

That's about as foolish as saying to a quadriplegic, paralysis is just a stage of exercise.

And I can promise you, death is not a stage of life.
It's the end of life.
And yet if I'm going to be in control and I'm all of a sudden confronted by something that I really cannot control, my own death,
then I better minimize it, trivialize it, in order to dismiss it, in order to run away from it.
But it's phenomenal when you watch human beings, and when I watch myself, how we long to be in control.
And I think that being in control of whether I'm male or female or both, you know, that's thrilling.
The same way I'm in control of how I express my sexuality in any way that I want.
And that's a pathway to destruction.
It's a pathway to futility.
It's a pathway to death.
New Age is essentially monism, Hinduism.
just in a Western form.
New Age essentially says everything is one, everything is part of spirituality, God is part of everything, everything's part of God.
And the attractiveness of that is, specifically, I get to define who God is then, according to my own biases, my own prejudices, my own wants and desires.
